Does anyone have links to any compact listings of his works? Or would anyone be willing to spend the day typing them in? He is by no means a minor writer though he's not generally well known.
I have a film or two around here somewhere, where Eddie tells stories of the Fairy Folk, and that thorn tree that was attacked. I think we should add these. I believe there are also audio recordings out there, as I've listened to some on the web. - Kathryn NicDhàna♫♦♫22:10, 25 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've started a section which lists some of his works so maybe just a list of titles, publishers, dates and access numbers and other info to start? But if they are significant references as to his bio, maybe even put them into citation format? I did that with the link to the NPR web page.
Although he's a major contributor to the field there isn't yet a great deal of material organized about him yet. He's three decades behind Alan Lomax and Kathryn Tucker Windham in recognition. Compare their pages and you can see the difference in what information is easily available.Trilobitealive (talk) 22:58, 25 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Does he specialize in these stories or are they just his most popular sellers? It looks to me like he is a collector of stories and it just happens that some of his informants specialize in this sort of story. So many questions about someone I'd never heard of three months ago! His relative obscurity is a great impediment to finishing this article!Trilobitealive (talk) 05:02, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
