FC Petržalka akadémiaFC Petržalka – Change of the name of the club & logo in 2017. The club plays under the name "FC Petržalka" see official competition webpage: https://futbalnet.sk/klub/9097/tim/29113

According club website they changed the name of the club in 2017 http://www.fcpetrzalka.sk/historia/

On en.wiki is FC Petrzalka auto-redirected to FC Petržalka Akadémia, according to the request the situation would be vice-versa FCPA would be auto-redirected to FCP. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zts-fan (talkcontribs) 20:07, 25 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Relisting comment: See my research on this... Google is a blunt tool, but now three times as many English ghits in the past month scrapes in as evidence IMO. I guess I'm now involved, but would now !vote Support if able, per wp:NAMECHANGES. I've already relisted to give myself time for the research, but would not object to an immediate close and move per wp:snow, it's now been relisted twice. Statistics

[edit]

Hi Zts-fan, I've allowed for some time to pass to see if the article improves but unfortunately there hasn't been much. The statistics in the article are far too extensive for the article, and are quite poorly displayed. Critically, the article is far too large with these statistics the way they are published here. Onetwothreeip (talk) 00:11, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Onetwothreeip, I think your're not correct and you did a problem for users who use some stats from taht article. You deleted some parts including nothes what is not counted/inside the stats, you deleted complete cseasonal stats from past. It is not easy to find and collect something like that, so it couldn't be done in one day. There are some sources ont the internet, then some in the books or newspapers and some at libraries. Any fan could have something other to add to complete it whole, so I'm trying to add as much as I can find. With your "delete" work you also deleted the things that were corrected meanwhile, you deleted things that were added from this season etc. So instead of deleting I woul appreciate more if you could correct the syntax or what is it to display the article on mobile phone with chapters which are not "packed" on mobile device at en.m.wikipedia etc., but are rolled. So I would like to undo your last deletion to add other news from last matchday etc. Another one - you deleted for example goal scorers. It is interesting to find who is the best one on each tier, cup etc. And that one is in one table. So I don't understand why don't you give a chance to readers to find everything interesting about that toppic. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zts-fan (talkcontribs) 16:48, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Another thing - it would be nice from you to add the logos to en.wikipedia, because they are on German, French etc. and not in English one or make that links to see the logos instead of things you did. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zts-fan (talkcontribs) 16:52, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Zts-fan, I appreciate the work you are trying to do here, but this is simply far too much happening too quickly without proper regard for quality. I will be removing much of the content again, in order to keep it manageable for now. Since you made these edits boldly, restoring them constitutes engaging in an edit war. Even after what I have removed, the article is still far too excessive. If the statistics you seek to contribute are unavoidably large, they would have to be placed on some other article. For now at least we must have a version that is less excessive. Onetwothreeip (talk) 20:48, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
