Black Saturday bushfires[edit]

If no one has any objections, I've added the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires to the selected anniversaries table, seeing as how this year marks the first anniversary of the worst bushfires in Australia's history, which left 173 people dead.--Forward Unto Dawn 07:32, 2 February 2010 (UTC)

I agree, it should be included; it was a significant event that captured worldwide attention. I've reverted the changes made by Zzyzx11. If that user feels the 10th anniversary of a Pakistani university is significant, then that user should remove another item instead.--Just James T/C 08:25, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
Also, the Black Saturday bushfires article is well-written, well-referenced, and contains a number of useful links to other articles, including a subpage.--Just James T/C 08:34, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
