If you really feel there is an issue, issue a formal AFD - but don't throw personal accusations around - and I don't believe, having bumped into this article a few times and having made some small improvements (and addressed some "attack" behaviour, reasons for which were unclear), that there is any real question of insufficient notability (in the GNG sense; the debate on NPROF grounds might be different, but only one test needs to be passed).
