Don't mention Steve unless you have a source[edit]
I looked all the way back, and "Steve" was included in the original version of the article, which did not include any sources. Thus, a reference to prove Steve's existence was not given, and it has not been provided since then to my knowledge. Coincidentally (or not), the Constable who was murdered was named Stephen.
