Talk:GemCraft
POV
[edit]The article is filled with second person references and sounds like a video game review. 141.85.0.105 (talk) 22:43, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
This article needs release dates and media references in order to focus on the basis of this game's impact within the field. Further, it is more of a tutorial with a plot synopsis than an actual article. It should be removed until recreated. -James Will soon create account. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.162.154.15 (talk) 11:27, 7 December 2010 (UTC)
There is indeed a plot synopsis, but mostly because this is an article on all aspects of the game. This includes plot, because a game with no plot is considerably more boring. There are a few media references, not too many, admittedly, but there is a thorough explanation of the game's mechanics. Its not a tutorial, one can go other places for the like. The game is immensely popular, and news article do need to be cited. Albeit, flash games don't break news often, so few are likely to end up here. Keep the article, it's only taking its baby steps, it's coming along. N3g4t1v3z3r0 (talk) 02:47, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
Sequel?
[edit]"17th February 2011(sequel)" - I don't think it's a sequel. If you check comments of its trailer, you can find comment by gameinabottle:"GCL plays shortly after the end of GC0, roguhly at the same time with GC1." (Spelling error was made by gameinabottle, not me). If it's at roughly at the same time with GC1, then it's a... midquel?. MarcowyGnom (talk) 17:35, 22 March 2011 (UTC) No, it is still a prequel, like Star Wars Episodes 1 to 3. Even though Episode 2 is set after episode 1 84.56.250.134 (talk) 07:53, 31 May 2011 (UTC)
