From the Grimaldi page:

"This family has ruled the country since 1291."

In the Monaco article a different year - 1297 - is mentioned. Which is correct? <KF> 22:15, Oct 3, 2004 (UTC)

I don't really think Grimaldi belongs to the peerage of the United Kingdom. ----

Monegasque Princely Family[edit]

Confused: Shouldnt this artical take precedence over this artical " Monegasque Princely Family " ? It seems to me they are one in the same. Prehaps in the intro to House of Grimaldi it should me noted that they are the Monegasque Princely Family, but not create a seperate artical for it.♦Drachenfyre♦·Talk 05:22, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

Strike that, there is precedence it seems There is a British Royal Family artical as well as a House of Windsor artical.♦Drachenfyre♦·Talk 05:23, 6 September 2008 (UTC)

Intro information[edit]

With the first sentence, could we get a bit of context as to what there is to say about this house, rather than having to digress into the history portion? DarthBotto talkcont 18:49, 14 September 2013 (UTC)
