@BeanieFan11: According to Pro-Football-Reference, Fortunato played in the week 1 Packers vs. Saints game ([1]), but this is likely not true since he was released by the team during training camp in August 2021 ([2]) with no reports of his re-signing after that. The official NFL gamebook for that week 1 game ([3]) does not list him as an active or inactive player for the Packers. I believe this is an obvious error on PFR and should be ignored here.
