Speedy Deletion
[edit]Nothing in the article asserts anything more than that this person exists and was a football coach. That does not even meet the level required to survive CSD (importance). Qwyrxian (talk) 05:39, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- Okay, for simplicity, and to ensure a full process, I'll AfD this. I'm most likely going to batch AfD this along with all of the other coach stubs on Alma Scots players recently created. Qwyrxian (talk) 05:42, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- Please review WP:CFBN before proceeding. Thanks!--Paul McDonald (talk) 05:46, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
Professor?
[edit]I can't seem to find a source that describes this person as a "professor." Can someone please point it out to me? Thanks! ElKevbo (talk) 03:22, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
- It is current reference #3 and comes up in the snippet view in Google Books, as I partially quoted in my edit summary. Note that is a modern source, whereas the Bulletin source (cr#1) is contemporary, and just a couple of years after he was hired. He probably attained the title later than cr#1.
