Kinkasan Island
[edit]There was a question: Where did the alternative pronunciation (Kinkazan) come from? First, from wikitravel. Also, a google search for "Kinkazan Miyagi" comes up with 12,800 hits; a google search for "Kinkasan Miyagi" comes up with 741 hits. I will reinstate the alternative pronunciation. - Kinkasan/Kinkazan I can understand. The originial article had Kinsasan and Kinsansan which didn't make sense to me, and apparently was a typo. Thanks for clearing it up. Neier 23:15, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- Ah, yes, a typo. Sorry about that - thanks for picking it up! Geomr 05:13, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
Tsunami
[edit]The Oshika Peninsula article said that this piece of land was closest to the epicenter of the Great Tohoku Earthquake. Can someone reference that and add it to the article? 184.144.160.156 (talk) 09:58, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
How was Kinkasan damaged by the earthquake? Ottawakismet (talk) 20:40, 14 January 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on Kinkasan. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
