gamefaqs dont have a section for the pc version of this

[edit]

does that mean that a pc version wont be released.

Not true,

http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/633276-lego-harry-potter-years-5-7

I'm also certain that a working PC version will be released because Amazon sent me a PC DVD on the 12th, sadly it doesn't work due to a Securom error.

The date

[edit]

The release date says November 11, 2011 and the ref says GameInformer but I read GameInformer, and it doesn't give the exact date, and November 11 would be 11/11/11. Seems like speculation to me. 24.12.190.59 (talk) 16:43, 1 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Possible release alongside Deathly Hallows Part 2 DVD/Blu-Ray

[edit]

I read on a webpage somewhere that Deathly Hallows Part 2 is due on DVD in November and that Warner Bros were intent on having Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 released around that time (either before pr after the DVD release of the movie). Is this something worth mentioning on the main page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pottyaboutpotter1 (talkcontribs) 10:03, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

An image used in this article, File:Hp Years 5-7.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.

PC release

[edit]

On that same subject, why was the mention of the bugged PC release under "Release" deleted? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.192.135.153 (talk) 19:12, 17 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

As I can see, even now, a week after its official release there is no way to get the PC version of this game. Even in the shop on the official site are available copies for all but this one platform. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.72.233.14 (talk) 13:11, 18 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I rolled it back. This is valid and helpful information. No revisionist history please. When the game is reissued, you can always update, but until then, the most recent information is that it was released and recalled. dstumme (talk) 22:18, 18 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
