Trying to get back deleted publishers from this list

Am trying to create a list of lists [1] and actually took the trouble to scan the 2017 New Delhi World Book Fair -- Fair Directory to collate this information. However, I've been told via my Wikipedia talk page that

This was under {{WikiProject India}} Could someone clarify whether a list of such children's publishing houses in India would be acceptable? It was supposed to be on the lines of [2] If there could be a page for Lists of crossings of the Hudson River, someone doing work in creating books for children not be "encyclopedic"? fredericknoronha (talk) 18:46, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
