Corn
[edit]why is there no corn --50.172.72.216 (talk) 18:53, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
- Corn is listed under Maize. Patronanejo (talk) 03:19, 23 September 2013 (UTC)
Very recent data?
[edit]Looking solely at sorghum, I notice that Nigeria is not listed among the top five producers.
The Wikipedia article Sorghum includes a table--based on 2008 data--of the world's top sorghum producers; Nigeria is listed behind only the United States.
The U.S. Grains Council provides a similar table--based on 2010 data--which is topped by Nigeria. A nearby table lists Nigeria as the world's fifth largest exporter of sorghum.
Is this article based on more recent data--indicating that Nigerian sorghum production has dropped off dramatically--or is it significantly outdated?

Jute
[edit]On the wikipage for Jute, the top two producers listed are Bangladesh & India, while on this page they are Chile & Bangladesh. Alok Bansal (talk) 13:01, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
I am changing it to India then Bangladesh after looking at FAOSTAT. Alok Bansal (talk) 13:48, 1 November 2013 (UTC)

Category missing
[edit]there probably should be a category for oilseeds. You know: rapeseed, soybean, sunflower, safflower, flax(though that's also in fibers), etc. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.38.77.101 (talk) 16:24, 15 September 2015 (UTC)

Bangladesh
[edit]Bangladesh is not the leading producer of raw cotton or wool, that's China and Australia, respectively. Maybe Bangladesh is the leading produce of some derivative textile product, but this chart is misleading. Hamayvin Yavin (talk) 00:51, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
