Discussion

[edit]
  • Support I think the page should be M1 Tank Platoon - not M-1 Tank Platoon. Megapixie 1 July 2005 07:26 (UTC)

Moved. WP:RM is only necesary for complicated or controversial moves. For simple moves you need only use the "move" button on the top bar. Dragons flight July 2, 2005 22:12 (UTC)

And to be more precise yet, it is a simulation not of the M1, but of the M1A1 Abrams MBT (the 120mm Rheinmetall smoothbore having superseded the 105mm gun in the latter model). Christian Rödel

The only thing that matters is how the title was rendered on the front of the box, which was "M1 Tank Platoon" in all markets. -Ashley Pomeroy 17:36, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Technical

[edit]

I used to have this game. I remember that the manual had a little detail that might fit in the "technical" section; the PC version of the game could be run in two modes, one for fast 286 machines that had more Soviet tanks, but I'll be fellated if I can't remember the exact details. Perhaps someone else has a copy of the manual in front of them. -Ashley Pomeroy 17:36, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
