This is written poorly, needs a re-write.
Did Arkansas really shut down all their schools just to keep African-American kids from attending them? I am interested to find out the effects of this education shut-down in Arkansas. Does this mean that no children in Arkansas got a high-school education over the next few years? Has this lack of education persisted, in the fact that if parents are uneducated, their children will also be?--Beezer137 (talk) 03:34, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
