Neutrality[edit]

It's not very neutral to call the chechen seperatist faction a very unpopular islamist faction, and that that is the reason Udugov lost the election. First of all the seperatists have heavy support in the chechen people and more recruits than they have resources to handle. Second they are not a radical islamist group who wishes to impose a radical islamistic regime in Chechnya, their present leader Doku Umarov has stated that this is not jihad and they are not mujahedins, it is a war for freedom. But my main complaint is that it isn't neutral to call them a very unpopular islamist faction.

I share the concerns of the anonymous editor above: "unpopular radical Islamist platform" is not NPOV. If unpopular as in low in numbers, this can be easily reworded. I'm not familiar with the topic - could we have a bit of discussion as to whom he was representing, and a more NPOV-friendly summary of the party? Cricketgirl 18:54, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Chechen international Islamic Internet agency"[edit]

Could someone more familiar with the subject edit this sentence (under Second Chechen War) so it is clearer to those of us unfamiliar with the topic? Thanks Cricketgirl 19:00, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:MovladiUdugov.jpg[edit]

Image:MovladiUdugov.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Udugov won't mind what we do with photos of him. He's the propaganda boss of a Salafist fantasy-emirate. Since Muhammad didn't care about copyrights, neither does Udugov.

Neutrality, you say? The grossly dishonest Kavkaz website, from which some of the so-called references come, was founded by and is operated by Movladi Udugov himself.

Honestly, where Islamist aggression and terrorism is concerned, Wikipedia is just one more washroom wall, plastered with graffiti.

Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page[edit]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:

Triggered by \bkavkazcenter\.com\b on the local blacklist

Interpol Red Notice[edit]

Looks like Russian finally managed to get red notice on Movladi: https://www.interpol.int/notice/search/wanted/1999-45694

OUDUGOV, MOVLADI

Wanted by the judicial authorities of Russia

Charges: Armed rebellion

And if you check Russia's wanted list at Interpol, most cases are clearly political, which goes against Article 3 of the Interpol's Constitution: “It is strictly forbidden for the Organization to undertake any intervention or activities of a political, military, religious or racial character.”

Article's photo[edit]

Can anyone crop the photo so that only Udugov (the one on the left) appears?.--HCPUNXKID 11:57, 28 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
