Removed PROD tag

Author has 10 works listed in two languages at WorldCat Identities. Works have also been reviewed in third party publications. He's a member of a The Writer's Centre in Sweden, has a page on the Swedish Wikipedia and seems to be prolific and active. I consider this to be sufficient to meet WP:GNG so I have deleted the PROD tag. I've done what I can to find references and tidy up text.
