Suggestions

[edit]

I aim to build this page to be modeled off of William_Morris. Nboffa (talk) 16:01, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

X3kimmie, after a quick glance at the current status of your Piet Zwart article, the biography seems to be at a good amount, but with what additional information you may have found, try to split the biography section into an early/late bio. thats if you have relevant info to support it. Also depending on the extent of your sources and information i think the best way to structure your page can be seen on the William Morris article notice the use of section and how they break down topics. File:Pz.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion

[edit]
An image used in this article, File:Pz.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

just to clarify, material may not be copied verbatim from other sources into Wikipedia; see Wikipedia:Copy-paste. The sources were good, but the editor of a Wikipedia article must at the very least rephrase the content, ignoring unimportant material and expanding more relevant information. . . NFK or NKF, possible misspelling

[edit]

What is it? A misspelling or two different entities? I would assume NKF to be correct but I'm unsure as I have no reference books here. Ditlev Petersen (talk) 00:06, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

NKF = Nederlandse KabelFabriek, see this image at Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam. Vysotsky (talk) 23:13, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
