Guinness Record for Longest serving actor in a serial ?
[edit]What about William Roache in Coronation Street ? He's been playing 'Ken Barlow' since 1960 to the present day, 28 years longer than Mr. Meagher. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 116.24.71.34 (talk) 10:13, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
Another entry further down the page explains this more accurately - it refers to Australia only, not worldwide. Therefore I've removed the ambiguous entry. Smurfmeister (talk) 16:06, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
Pronunciation
[edit]Might be worth including a note as to the pronunciation of "Meagher"; it's not at all obvious that it's actually pronounced "Marr". 86.186.54.45 (talk) 00:52, 21 October 2011 (UTC)
- I feel soooooo stupid, I've watched this show basically all of my life and never knew that. So thanks!!! I think it is worth noting. lolRaintheOne BAM 01:08, 21 October 2011 (UTC)
