[edit]There seems to be conflicting web resources regarding Robert Keith's wives. Some say Peg Entwistle was his first wife and some his 2nd and the brief stepmother of Brian Keith. At least one source (IMDB) says he never married Entwistle at all. [1] --Marriedtofilm 05:00, 26 October 2006 (UTC)

Official "confirmation" that he WAS married to Entwistle
[edit]It says so on her official death certificate. See here: [http://www.cumuseumofterror.com/DeathCertsGraves/EntwistleLi llian(Peg)DthCrt.jpg]

Robert Keith and "Princeton Davis"
[edit]I'm currently doing some transcription work and found an article discussing Robert Keith marrying someone named "Princeton Davis" who claimed to be the daughter of Sitting Bull, is this verified any where else but this single old newspaper article? They allegedly were married on May 31 1913 in Santa Ana California . RaptorGirl97 (talk) 19:15, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
- Did you find that article via an online newspaper database? I briefly researched Keith's background for the purpose of improving this article a couple of years ago, but did not find anything about that marriage. Let me check in a little bit and see if anything turns up. —CurryTime7-24 (talk) 19:45, 21 January 2024 (UTC)

The article is called "Indian Girls Story Has Strange Features". The math seems to work out, but I can't find anything further. RaptorGirl97 (talk) 20:24, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
- I did further digging, and her real name is Zintkála Nuni, Princeton Davies was a stage name. You can find more about it on her Wikipedia page (they mention Robert Keith by name there). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zintkála_Nuni RaptorGirl97 (talk) 21:36, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you kindly for your research! By all means, please do feel free to include this in the article. If you're not able to, I'll get around to it myself later today. Splendid work! —CurryTime7-24 (talk) 21:39, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
- Did a little digging and found something else which may or may not be related: a notice from 1903 announcing the issuing of a marriage license to a Rolland C. Richey and Madge May in Kansas City, Missouri. The Richey referred to there is 25 years old, which perhaps makes it unlikely that it's Robert Keith, but he is listed as also being from Fowler, Indiana. What are the odds? I'll be poking around in his early life later this week. Currently real life is limiting my editing for the time being, but I'm hoping to explore Keith's background further and expand his article soon. Thanks again for finding that fascinating article! —CurryTime7-24 (talk) 00:19, 22 January 2024 (UTC)
