45 million Goldmarks

[edit]

Was 45 million Goldmarks expensive compared to the average construction cost of other German battleships at the time? P. S. Burton (talk) 21:47, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Each subsequent class of battleships were increasingly more expensive, so in vague terms, more expensive than the Kaisers but cheaper than the Bayerns. IIRC, the Nassau class battleship, Helgoland class battleship, etc. articles should have their respective costs included. If not, I can add them later - I'm at work at the moment.
