Obituary[edit]

I think that the notice of Foster's death is rather unseemly here. It should be added to the hypothetical Foster's article. -- Pichote 10:10, 21 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've re-added it. (Also reworded it.) Were Foster noteworthy enough to have her own page, indeed, that would be the appropriate spot. However at the moment her notability appears tied to this work. As such a sort of micro-biography of the otherwise non-notable authors seems appropriate on the page. It's relevant from the perspective of questions like, "Did the two go on to produce other games?" — Alan De Smet | Talk 02:52, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Mixed feelings: on the one hand I know of Foster's achievements in the interactive fiction scene and that she probably deserves an article; on the other hand I still think that an isolated obituary is somewhat out of place... Maybe including this piece of information inside a specific section devoted to the authors' biographies could be a compromise solution. -- Pichote 18:23, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Alan, I fully agree with your last edit dealing with the authors. -- Pichote 18:15, 24 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

IFComp ratings[edit]

Talk:Interactive fiction#Deletion_of_Slouching_Towards_Bedlam_statistics is a nice collected play to discuss the appropriateness of including Interactive Fiction Competition ratings in this article. — Alan De Smet | Talk 00:07, 4 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Citation collection[edit]

Here's a place to collect citations for possible future inclusion. — Alan De Smet | Talk 05:43, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
