No Longer Public Company
[edit]In July 2017, the company merged with another company, Apax Partners, and went private. It is no longer a publically traded company, and those who had shares in it lost their shares as of the privatization. Tesseract501 (talk) 14:28, 14 March 2018 (UTC)

Information to be added or removed: Please remove reference to being a publicly traded company in the top paragraph and within the information box on the right side along with all of the nasdaq information in the box and in the bottom app. For example you can just say "Syneron Medical Ltd., also known as Syneron Candela, is a company that develops and markets aesthetic medical products. Its product line includes devices for hair removal, wrinkle treatment, and skin rejuvenation." Please also update that the headquarters are in Wayland, MA in the United States and remove all references to being an Israel company. Please also remove the categories section that shows us connected with NASDAQ, and medical technology companies of Israel
Explanation of issue: Our company is no longer a publicly traded company, we were acquired by APAX in July of 2017 with headquarters in Wayland, MA.
