I removed the "Controversy" section which had no direct or sourced claims towards Philips. In one sentence, Philips is blamed for not doing anything about the state of Soldier Field. Later in the section, the article affirmed that Soldier Field is not managed by the Chicago Bears but rather the Chicago Park District. The section goes to blast Phillips for not re-signing Olin Kreutz, though the source givens never actually holds Philips accountable. If the section should be re-added, it must contain actual reliable sources that criticize Phillips and specify exact wrongdoings -- StarScream1007 ►Talk 01:03, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
