Date of birth

[edit]

After his death I read newspaper obituaries that gave his date of birth variously as 10 August 1923 and 11 August 1923. I haven't been able to find any corroboration of either of these dates on Google, or any other date. -- JackofOz (talk) 23:59, 1 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I found his birthday on a shipping manifest for when Tommy was returning from Leghorn, Italy on October 5, 1946. DigitalShepherd (talk) 17:38, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Would you care to share that link with the rest of us. Thanks. -- JackofOz (talk) 20:34, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Parents?

[edit]

I have the name of his parents, would it be useful or useless information? DigitalShepherd (talk) 20:46, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
