Dunstable

[edit]

Una Stubbs is listed at Dunstable#Famous people who have lived in Dunstable, but the town is not mentioned in this article. If anyone knows of a reliable source for this claim, please can they add the information here. (Note that a mirror of the Dunstable Wikipedia article is not a reliable source.) If it is not confirmed within a few months, I will remove the link from the Dunstable article. JonH 16:32, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This (less than ideal) source says that she used to live in Markham Crescent, until 1953, when she moved to London: [1]. Martinevans123 (talk) 19:26, 12 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

According to the BFI, here she played Mrs Moody in one episode, which was "The Pageant". Martinevans123 (talk) 19:22, 12 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Can someone please change the euphemistic twaddle of "She passed away in her home in Edinburgh"? - 86.133.221.159 (talk) 14:53, 12 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Give Us a Clue

[edit]

As far as I know, she appeared in all 140 episodes of the first 9 series of, 'Give Us a Clue.' This article says 16 episodes and Internet Movie Database says 18 episodes. They are both badly wrong. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.124.190.209 (talkcontribs) 10:56, 13 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

BFI here lists 77? But the (wholly unsourced) table at Give Us a Clue suggests there were 354 in total for all series? Martinevans123 (talk) 11:09, 13 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The table at Give Us a Clue, for the first 9 series, actually shows 124 episodes. But some of those listed at BFI are for later series. So it's somewhat unclear. Martinevans123 (talk) 14:03, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

pron

[edit]

Here she pronounces her name yoona, which is how it was popularly said. It could be noted at the top of the article as some will assume oona. Thanks. Spicemix (talk) 11:56, 19 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Good spot. Quite agree. Martinevans123 (talk) 11:58, 19 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
