Does anyone know the names of the crown attorneys and government officials involved in the disgraceful abuse of the tax evasions laws in this case? I think it would be apropos to name them if possible.69.157.3.80 (talk) 01:21, 30 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The judge and Desmond's lawyer were both clear that the problem was how Desmond's lawyer decided to argue the legal case. That is why Desmond's lawyer gave back the money to his client. As well, there were no laws or case law for discrimination at the time. --Hantsheroes (talk) 23:45, 30 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
