Russian Navy logistics ship Vsevolod Bobrov

[edit]

There is also a Russian Navy logistics ship named the Vsevolod Bobrov.

This is notable now as it is the yet another Russian Navy ship that has (strangely) "caught fire" (according to Government of Russia sources), or been involved in a military action by the Ukrainian Navy during the 2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine (according to Ukrainian sources). Here are articles in the European media, supporting the differing claims from both sides: Russian logistics ship Vsevolod Bobrov catches fire at sea, Euroweekly News; and Moscow warns Finland over NATO bid as Ukraine says Russian ship damaged, Reuters.
