“natural causes”
[edit]He was rather young. Can more detail be provided? —71.154.208.74 00:36, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
- None. Based on the sources I checked there is no explicit cause of death. RashBold Talk to me 22:23, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
- Try the first link in the External links section. Also I do have a copy of the book mentioned in the References section. RashBold (talk · contribs) 21:49, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
- Perhaps related to the foregoing discussion, I have placed an unreferenced tag on the article. I know that are a couple of sources at the bottom but they should really be linked in as footnotes don't you think? Some sourcing would go along way in clearing up any questions. I've added a couple of incidents near the bottom and put the newspaper references in parentheses next to them as there is no actual link to these newspaper articles. I maintain that some of the other information concerning the victims is demeaning and unsupported and based on a sensationalist book. It is not backed up by official provincial government coroners documentation, which I have in my possession.--Megaforcemedia 17:39, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
I removed the unreferenced note. There are about five references from newspapers in there.--Megaforcemedia 15:18, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
Boden was the inspiration behind the slasher film BLACK CHRISTMAS. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.102.33.174 (talk) 13:33, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Citation Needed: "He was caught while mauling a pair of severed breasts howling like a werewolf." There seems to be no evidence for this, the arresting officers make no reference to this in the documentary "The Vampire Rapist" - Crime Stories linked at the bottom of the page, nor is it mentioned on his page at Murderpedia, According to that documentary his car was first identified by co-workers of his last victim (Elizabeth Anne Porteous) and then tracked down through vehicle registration records. It should be noted though that the Crime Stories documentary implicates him in the Vaillancourt murder, which also appear contentious, so I can't say for sure that its reliable. No proof it's not true so I didn't remove it, still the quote above appears to be nothing more than sensationalism. 2-14-17
