reword 1st Paragraph

[edit]

it reads

"White feminism is a term used to describe expressions of feminism which are perceived as focusing on white women while failing to address distinct forms of oppression faced by ethnic minority women and women lacking other privileges. The term has been used to label and criticize theories that are perceived as focusing solely on gender-based inequality"

"Ethnic minority women are sometimes White, as in the case of South Africa and Zimbabwe. This otherwise is a western- centric article, because it ignores Africa. If the article is to remain the way it is currently written, it should state the first paragraph, and then mention that it is recognized in the context of Western Civilization. List of intersectional feminists

[edit]

Is this an article about intersectional feminism?

Why is there a list of a handful of black feminists in the "white feminism" article? Did these women pioneer that term? It seems super out of place. 203.214.55.183 (talk) 06:43, 27 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
