Talk:World Cyber Games
Denmark has been taking part in WCG for many years. Why is Greenland not marked on the world map? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Carstensen (talk • contribs) 16:59, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
"Each participating country will conduct preliminary rounds before sending the finest gamers to represent them in this major event. Only the best will triumph! This year's winner (2005) went to USA with 2 golds and 1 sliver, followed by Korea and Brazil. Congratulations!" -- a bit unecyclopedic eh? Rudykog 16:32, 20 November 2005 (UTC)
Circuit City sponsors

Standardising the "Games Offered" table
[edit]Currently the "Games Offered" table has entries that only state the title of the game (entries for WCG 2000 through WCG 2006) and others that include the games title, how many players play and what console the game is for (WCG 2007 and WCG 2008). I would like to standardise them, either adding all of the information that is in included in the 2007 and 2008 entries to the rest of the table or by removing it from the 2007 and 2008 entries. I wanted to see others thought should be included in the entries.
Personally, I think that adding both the number of players that play that game against each other and the platform the game is played on makes the entries a bit too long and confusing for those who may not be gamers. I think that the number of players could be omitted, while including the platform that the game is played on is important, as some games may be multiplatform games but only one is used for the WCG competition. --Credema (talk) 16:09, 21 August 2008 (UTC)
Government sponsered games
[edit]Any idea on how government sponsered games should be handled on the list? --Kyosuke Aoki (talk) 06:22, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
- Such as what games? I don't see any from the previous competitions that could be considered as sponsored by any single government. I know this sounds US-centric, but I don't see government games such as America's Army listed there. Erpbridge (talk) 03:58, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
Another Countries
[edit]What about Chile? It's been participating since three years ago (2009), and it doesn't appear in the image. Can someone reedit the image? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.47.80.139 (talk) 07:48, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
wcg 2013
[edit]I think should create an article about wcg 2013. It is easy to find source (just check the official website), Will anyone create an article about that? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.181.173.116 (talk) 07:36, 8 January 2014 (UTC)
