- Two local sources reported on the impact of the terrorist on local business back at home in New Jersey. One of the sources even added a photo of two interviewees.[1]
In a separate interview with just one victim,[2] the victim added "I have a family to feed". This all got deleted here by an editor under the pretext: "Trivial commentary on an unnotable business." Easy to say when it is not one's family that might be going hungry.

Unjustified deletion of Hoxha's full speech and punctuation corrections
[edit]Hoxha's full speech in the IS film We Will Surely Guide Them To Our Ways is needed to contextualize his statements (i.e. what he stated before inciting attacks and his description of IS-created rocket launchers). Also, my edits that correct punctuation were as well removed without reasoning. On top of that, the editor (that doesn't speak Arabic) that had reverted all of my edits had also accused me of being "partisan" and "euphemistic," because I'd corrected the translation of Ghanima to "spoils of war," instead of "loot." (The literal translation of Ghanima, also included on its linked Wikipedia page is "spoils of war." In the film, "spoils of war" would also be the most appropriate translation, because Hoxha was talking about a seized M4 style rifle, that he'd taken from Iraqi forces.)
Editor that wrongly reverted my edits
Version of the page that includes my edits
Full film for context of Hoxha's speech (9:12-12:45 min)

- Using only excerpts of quotations, and summarizing the notable facts in the rest is the preferred style on Wikipedia (MOS:QUOTE). I have just added a short summary of his justification to the article.
- The fact that he incites Muslims to murder others just because they are not Muslim is highly notable, as it is a call for genocide, which is obviously criminal according to the consensus of reliable sources in international law, & mentally unwell according to those in psychiatry; the fact that a known murderer encourages others to murder is notable but the full details of his arguments do not need to be presented, and certainly not in his own words. This is a neutral encyclopedia article summarizing the most important facts, after all, and not his own resumé or promotional website. UrielAcosta (talk) 20:01, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- The notable fact that you're using biased and personally opinionated terms, such as "murderer," it being a "call for genocide under international law" (which IS doesn't abide by) and "mentally unwell to psychiatrists" (which others could disagree upon, as well as IS not caring about or believing in, due to the majority of them steadfastly and relentlessly trusting their cause no matter what) isn't a justification for your deletions. The fact that this page is about Zulfi Hoxha (an American IS commander and foreign recruiter), with un-contextualized crucial excerpts of his speech from the IS film We Will Surely Guide Them To Our Ways is highly notable and certainly not a justification for deleting much-needed context. The fact that you've deleted my punctuation corrections is also notable and unjustified. The fact that you're trying to oversimplify the page of again, an American IS commander and foreign recruiter is as well notable. At last, the fact that many of your revisions and deletions (a number of them being petty, or in some cases blatantly unjustified), mainly targeting Islamic-related pages is extremely notable. My edits have in no way "promoted him" or have "written a resumé about him," (again, biased and opinionated) they're simply contextualizing highly crucial excerpts of Hoxha's speech, which are needed. This page isn't to be oversimplified or to have unjustified deletions of grammar corrections, or crucial information needed to contextualize un-contextualized excerpts, for again, it's about an American IS commander and foreign recruiter.
