Torcy-le-Grand is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Haute-Normandie region in northern France.

Geography

A farming village situated in the Pays de Caux and by the banks of the Varenne River, some 8 miles (13 km) south of Dieppe at the junction of the D915, the D154 and the D149 roads.
