The Dancefloor Tour is the second concert tour by JRH. It began on the 7th of March 2002 at Sheffield's Motorpoint Arena. The tour was carried throughout Europe, having forty dates there, before moving over to Australia in September 2002 to perform 20 shows. There was only scheduled to be two lags, but due to the high success of Fever and its singles in America, three dates at NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom were added on the 8th, 9th and 10th of January in 2003. Here, the show was scaled down to accommodate space restrictions, and the setlist was altered, again due to restrictions.

The Obsessions Tour was the third headlining arena tour for JRH. It began on the 15th of April at Cardiff's International Arena. It was originally scheduled to begin on the 7th of April, but due to crew and rehearsal circumstances, it was pushed back. It would perform eleven shows in the UK and 10 in the rest of Europe. The tour would then move over to Australia and perform 10 shows there, before coming to an end on the 4th of June at Sydney's Entertainment Center. Due to poor success in America, and inability to scale down the show, the tour did not make any stops there. However, a trip was made in December to perform 5 songs at the Jingle Ball: "Still Standing", "Slow", "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", "Secret (Take You Home)" and "Love at First Sight"

Obsessions Tour concert synopsis

[edit]

The stage for the tour was set simply, with a rectangular stage with varying levels, and a small runway slightly right of the middle; there were video screens set as the backdrop to the stage, with two tall rectangular screens that moved to and from the center of the stage.

The show began with a video entitled "Image of God", which featured three unreleased songs: "One Love at a Time", "Fallen Angel" and "Floating. As this montage ended, vocal excerpt of "Still Standing" could be heard over the speakers; the lights then come up to reveal the singer seated on a beam, being lowered to the stage over the course of the song, reaching it at the beginning of the bridge. For this section of the show, the Eiffel Tower is depicted on the screens As this song comes to end, the beginning of "After Dark" begins, where the backing vocalists are introduced and join in to sing. The stage briefly clears before a clap of thunder is heard, rain and lightning appearing on the screens as a "Singin' in the Rain" sample is heard, which leads into "On a Night Like This", featuring a dance break in the middle.

The thunder and rain effects continue as the song ends, which leads nicely into the second section, beginning with a performance of "I Feel For You", which features meadows and blooming flowers on the screen; after a small talk with the audience, then-upcoming single "I Believe in You" was preformed to close the section.

The two screens then come together as an overture to "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", featuring Chinese symbols. The singer is revealed behind them as the dancers emerge wearing bondage-style outfits. This then leads into "Red Blooded Woman" where the dancers are seemingly infatuated with the singer, which then leads into "Did It Again", where it is reduced to just the singer and a solo dancer. The section ended with a performance of lead single "Slow".

'Intimacy' begins with a performance of "Loving Days", which features flowing, silk outfits, followed by a performance of "Chocolate".

An extended intro precedes the performance of "Promises", which features smoke on the stage, and a solo performance by the singer; this is followed by a remix of "Better the Devil You Know", which sees the emergence of the dancers. After another small talk with the audience, "Obsession" is then performed, followed by a more club-oriented remix of "In Your Eyes".

'New Sensation' begins with Fever bonus track "Whenever You Feel Like It", which is quickly followed by "Sweet Music" before the Fischerspooner remix of "Come into My World".

The stage clears for a minute before a small extension of the intro for "Secret (Take You Home)" plays, where the singer is revealed laying on a Harley Davidson. After this, an electro remix of "What Do I Have to Do" is performed before another small talk with the audience, which was followed by a performance of "Spinning Around", which featured a sing-a-long after the bridge.

The encore began with a performance of "Someday", and the show ended with a new remix of "Love at First Sight".

The Greatest Hits Tour is the fourth headlining arena tour for JRH, and the first Greatest Hit Tour. It began on the 21st of July at Paris' Palais onmisports de Paris-Bercy. The tour performed 40 shows in 22 countries across Europe, before going over to North America in September 2005 and performing 6 shows (3 in New York and 1 in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Chicago). For these dates, the stage was scaled down and the choreography altered, but the set list was not changed. Then, in February 2006, the tour moved over to perform two shows in Asia. The shows were done as they were in America. It was at this point that the show was scheduled to move over to Australasia to perform 22 shows, however, the crew came down with the flu over the course of the remainder of that year. Therefore, the tour was resumed in 2007 under a new name, with an altered set list. This began in Australia and moved to do 14 shows in the UK, as well as 3 in America and 2 in Asia.

The Anti-Tour was a concert by JRH that took place throughout 2012. Originally planned as a European tour, it began in London's "Wembley Arena" on the 14th of April and went on to perform 25 shows throughout Europe. Following the reception, and high demand of public, it moved over to Australia and performing a further 25 shows. This leg was only scheduled to be ten shows, but extended due to the amount of sell-out shows and high demand for more. It was also scheduled to be the last leg but a high demand was about again so 10 shows were scheduled for North America. A further 6 shows were put up for South America, and after another demand, one was scheduled in Asia.

The set list for the tour relied greatly on B-sides, demos and rarely, or never before performed album songs. It also featured eight singles that were considered "under performed". At select shows, it also featured the single "Timebomb" due to release of the song during that year.
