[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page JŽ series 461 has been reverted.
Your edit here to JŽ series 461 was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://ljzs.weebly.com/elektri269ne-lokomotive-serije-461.html) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 13:11, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, please ignore this notice.
Hello. I've just undone your edit from 23 April 2015. Please read the footnotes before editing. It explains that "in isolation Josip / Јосип and Broz / Броз are pronounced [jǒsip] and [brôːz], respectively." [jǒsip brôːz tîto] is an impossible pronunciation when speaking normally, as the final /p/ of Josip as well as the final /z/ of Broz must have the same voicing as the first consonant of the next word. Peter238 (talk) 11:50, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
- No problem. Maybe I am wrong about [jǒsib], which makes sense only when the final /p/ is not released. If it is released, then [p] is a much more likely realization. But we have no source anyway, so I'll change [jǒsib] to [jǒsip]. Peter238 (talk) 20:46, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
- But IPA transcription has nothing to do with English orthography. Peter238 (talk) 21:04, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
- I've never touched it. The only thing I changed was the IPA. Peter238 (talk) 21:19, 29 June 2015 (UTC)
Your assistance with this new stub article would be appreciated, thanks. My apologies for any gross historical errors I have made! Andy Dingley (talk) 17:02, 6 April 2016 (UTC)
- Thankyou for prompting me to look at this. It's fascinating! I've learned so much about Macedonian geography and the history of why this is the only 600mm railway, not 760mm. Andy Dingley (talk) 23:52, 7 April 2016 (UTC)

Unblock appeal
[edit]176.104.110.11 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 176.104.110.11. My internet provider, NINET, is a web host, but this particular IP adress is a static IP adress belonging to an user of said company who uses their Internet access options (they're an internet provider too) I have been blocked a few times before because of being caught in similar collocation host blocks, almost always for periods of a year which prevented any sort of contribution. 176.104.110.11 (talk) 17:57, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Please make a new unblock request and link to the web page where people can sign up for a residential broadband connection from this company. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 00:53, 27 October 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 176.104.110.11. Here is the requested proof NINET is an internet provider too: [1] It literally translates to "wireless internet" and that's what I use. --176.104.110.11 (talk) 18:55, 29 October 2020 (UTC)
Accept reason:
The affected range should be dealt with. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 23:45, 12 November 2020 (UTC)
- @ST47: -- Amanda (aka DQ) 06:43, 12 November 2020 (UTC)
- @AmandaNP: If that's true, then they're mixing residential and server customers on the same range, because this is definitely a proxy server that was abused for spamming. I'll unblock and reblock the relevant /24. ST47 (talk) 18:21, 12 November 2020 (UTC)

[edit]If you are using an open proxy or VPN service, you will need to disable it or turn it off in order to edit Wikipedia.
If you believe you are not using an anonymizing proxy, the most likely cause is that another customer using your IP address who was previously assigned this IP address was running an open proxy. You may appeal this block by adding the following text on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is _______. Place any further information here. ~~~~}}
. You must fill in the blank with your IP address for this block to be investigated. Your IP address can be determined here. Alternatively, if you wish to keep your IP address private you can use the Unblock Ticket Request System.
More rarely, your network equipment or that of your service provider may be misconfigured or compromised by malicious software (such as a virus). For more information, see the WikiProject on Open Proxies.
Administrators: The IP block exemption user right should only be applied to allow users to edit using an open or anonymizing proxies in exceptional circumstances, and they should usually be directed to the functionaries team via email. If you intend to give the IPBE user right, a CheckUser needs to take a look at the account. This can be requested most easily at SPI Quick Checkuser Requests. Unblocking an IP or IP range with this template is highly discouraged without at least contacting the blocking administrator.

Unblock request
[edit]176.104.110.11 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 176.104.110.11. This particular IP address is a static address assigned to NINET, a mid-sized regional internet provider in Serbia that has been known to mix server and end-user IP addresses. I am sadly unable to do anything in regards to this, as it's wireless services are my only way of accessing the Internet. I've been blocked numerous times before, almost always as an alleged open proxy despite that not being the case. I keep my edits in good faith and I find these proxy blocks to be seriously hampering to my ability to contribute to Wikipedia.176.104.110.11 (talk) 23:46, 14 October 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Unfortunately, since we don't accept requests to unblock proxies when they come from IPs on the proxy, I can't help you other than to suggest you register an account. Or edit from somewhere off this range. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:19, 17 October 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
