Blocked IP address[edit]

I am also attaching the info about my network. I use a work provided laptop and am working at home since COVID-19 began. The institution server is protected and secure and I see that my network is regarded as Public. I cannot change it to private. I need to authenticate each time I access the server.

File copyright problem with File:Health Promotion Glossary of Terms 2021.pdf[edit]

It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. The page File:Health Promotion Glossary of Terms 2021.pdf has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appeared to be a blatant copyright infringement of https://apps.who.int/iris/bitstream/handle/10665/350161/9789240038349-eng.pdf - not compatibly licensed. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. I have disabled the DirectAccess KUMC DA Connection VPN but I still am am blocked. The McAfee "secure" VPN is installed on my laptop due to my institution being a top level clinical research center. Security is taken seriously so it may explain why I you are I cannot disable.
