Thanks for uploading File:City of Pakistan from Karachi City - Oct 2015.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

I got your email - thanks for sending it. I protected the article Affan M Quddus for two reasons - first, because it was written like an advert, and second, because it didn't contain any indication that you might pass Wikipedia's notability guidelines. Wikipedia isn't a place where you can just put your personal biography up - it's an encyclopedia. There are standards. And unfortunately, it doesn't look like you meet the standards at this time. As to why I blocked your account, that is because you weren't giving up in posting your advertisements. If you promise to stop posting advertisements, then I will unblock you.
