Welcome![edit]

Hello, AinaSyazzween, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as User:AinaSyazzween/sandbox, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

Speedy deletion nomination of Ray Teng[edit]

Hello AinaSyazzween,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ray Teng for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Objections to page deletion[edit]

Hello, AinaSyazzween,

If you object to the speedy deletion tagging of a page you created, you need to raise an objection before the page is deleted, not two days later. Your choices now are to post on the User talk page of the administrator who deleted the page, asking for an explanation or go to the Teahouse and seek advice. Good luck. Liz Read! Hello AinaSyazzween. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:AinaSyazzween. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=AinaSyazzween|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Liz Read! Talk! 06:32, 10 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, AinaSyazzween,
You still haven't answered this question. If you are an undisclosed paid editor, that is grounds for an indefinite block. It would help your situation if you would offer an explanation for your editing before you are blocked. Liz Read! Talk! 05:56, 11 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I appreciate the diligence in upholding Wikipedia's policies.
I want to clarify that I am not being compensated for my edits on Wikipedia. The pages I created for AJobThing and Maukerja were intended to provide information similar to other recruitment agencies like Jobstreet and Indeed. I am committed to maintaining transparency and adhering to Wikipedia's guidelines.
If there are specific concerns or suggestions for improvement regarding the content I contributed, I am open to discussing and addressing them on the talk pages of the respective articles.
Thank you for your understanding. AinaSyazzween (talk) 06:37, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please describe, in your own words, your relationship to AJobThing and Maukerja. Thank you. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:49, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm working as a research writer in Maukerja and we would like to have AJobThing and Maukerja displayed in wikipedia page for public information. AinaSyazzween (talk) 00:53, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
As you are employed by the organisation, you very much come under our paid-editing rules. Please make the necessary disclosure as your next edit. Thank you. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 05:41, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you AinaSyazzween (talk) 05:53, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry for my mistake. I just reached out to my manager. I would like to clarify that my contributions to Wikipedia are indeed part of a paid editing arrangement related to my employment with AJobThing Sdn. Bhd. I appreciate your guidance on adhering to Wikipedia's policies.
I will promptly update my user page to include the necessary disclosure information, in accordance with Wikipedia's paid editing rules. If there are any specific steps or templates you recommend for this disclosure, please let me know, and I will ensure it is done correctly.
I apologize for any oversight, and I appreciate your assistance in ensuring compliance with Wikipedia guidelines. AinaSyazzween (talk) 06:01, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
