[edit]Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living (or recently deceased) persons, as you did to Babar Azam. Thank you. Hamza Ali Shah Talk 23:12, 9 October 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Joshua Jonathan. I noticed that you removed topically relevant content from Rajiv Malhotra. However, Wikipedia is not censored. Introduction to contentious topics
[edit]You have recently edited a page related to India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic designated as contentious. This standard message is designed as an introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have special powers in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practice;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

[edit]Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. JP (Talk) 08:30, 1 April 2024 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Mohammad Amir, you may be blocked from editing. You deliberately contradicted the 2 cited references, David Biddulph (talk) 17:25, 10 April 2024 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Babar Azam. --JP (Talk) 17:58, 12 April 2024 (UTC)

Request reason:
I am just adding and expanding relevant available information in order to make Wikipedia more useful and ready to read information accessible to people all over the world
Decline reason:
Except that you did so by violating policies, especially the core Biographies of living persons policy. In addition, comments to other users like this one are thoroughly unacceptable for this collaborative project(or any public forum, really). If you are unable to set aside your nationalism and/or are unable to work with people from other nations in a civil manner, you shouldn't participate here. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 08:11, 6 May 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
explain what did I do and how are you right? And do you really think I can't or haven't used other ways to make constructive edits for relevant Wikipedia pages yet?
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you:
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 17:59, 8 August 2024 (UTC)
