I have a conflict of interest in that I know Anthony Bukoski from graduate school. That said, I believe the subject easily meets the notability requirement. Bukoski has eight published books: six story collections, an expanded reprint collection, and a "selected works" collection that draws on previous books. These books have all been published by legitimate publishers: five by university presses, the remaining by independed regional presses. These are not vanity presses. Additionally, Bukoski has been the subject of interviews, book reviews, and scholarly works. Many of these are available on the Internet. These sources provide the basis for the content of the proposed Anthony Bukoski page and will be referenced in it. I am writing the proposed Wikipedia entry independently and am receiving no recompense of any sort from any source. I write to fill what I believe is a gap in Wikipedia coverage--I was surprised to learn that no article for Anthony Bukoski already existed. Thanks for any help with the process.
