February 2017[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at LGBT rights in Singapore. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Lemongirl942 (talk) 03:25, 4 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to LGBT in Islam, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 22:55, 8 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Your "simplify chart" did not explain why you removed sources and changed the label.
Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at LGBT rights in Saudi Arabia, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 22:56, 8 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you blank out or remove content from Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to LGBT rights in Saudi Arabia. Jim1138 (talk) 22:58, 8 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently making disruptive edits. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  The Blade of the Northern Lights (話して下さい) 02:24, 9 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Why was an indefinite ban warranted? I apologize I edit to help not destroy. I want a second chance please unban me Editmypost (talk) 03:26, 9 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

"Indefinite" just means until you can convince a reviewing admin that you understand the reasons for your block and that you will not repeat the behaviour that led to it. In this unblock request you have done neither. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 10:51, 9 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
