Ok, with one book, first out in the past year, he doesn't yet qualify for a wikipedia article. But his book certainly does, and you can write an article on that instead. Or you can wait for him to publish a second book. Given the buzz this one generated, if he publishes a second, I expect it will also get enough attention for him to qualify for an article on the grounds of being an author of multiple notable works.
