Kvartovi
I o kakvim "General References" govoriš? PANONIAN (talk) 04:40, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
PANONIAN (talk) 15:28, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
Šablon
[edit]Ako u šablonu napišemo "municipality president" onda šablon postaje suviše velik i preklapa sadržaj u člancima. Copy from Template:Serbian Universities
[edit]Pursuant to Serbian Law on Higher Education, no faculties are able to operate without being a member of an university. As such, private faculties listed here are either:
- Part of a university, so they do not belong on this list, however their univeristy does, or;
- Non-compliant to Law on Higher Education, and as such, without licence, so again, they do not belong on this list.
I'd like to ask a clarification from the editor who included these faculties on the list. Copy forwarded to user's talk page. Regards, Meelosh 15:09, 14 November 2006 (UTC).
Infobox
// estavisti 20:18, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
PANONIAN (talk) 01:28, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
"postal code for Novi Sad proper is 21101, not 21000, a common mistake"
Pa to nije tačno, ja kad pišem moju adresu uvek napišem 21000. PANONIAN (talk) 01:30, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
- Milorad Grujić, Vodič kroz Novi Sad i okolinu, Novi Sad, 2004.
- Jovan Mirosavljević, Novi Sad - atlas ulica, Novi Sad, 1998. (isto kao kod prethodnog izvora).
- Zoran Rapajić, Novi Sad bez tajni, Beograd, 2002.
- Novi Sad 2004, Sekretarijat za informacije skupštine grada Novog Sada, Novi Sad, 2004. (ovo je službena publikacija skupštine grada i tu se crkva Ime Marijino pominje tek na 10 mestu, posle svih pravoslavnih crkava i tri druge katoličke).
Dakle toliko o tome šta ti lično smatraš najznačajnijim objektom, a šta o tome kaže literatura. PANONIAN (talk) 02:23, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
Bulevar

PANONIAN (talk) 17:50, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
Novi Sad
[edit]Goran, I asked PANONIAN about the issue, he agrees with me. First of all, we have adapted a type of map to be used for ALL municipalities in Serbia, Novi Sad is no exception. Your map is very good, I have left it in more important articles, but removed it from smaller villages, because there is no need for it. I am making these interactive maps for all the municipalities of Serbia, my source is the government of Serbia municipality map, I will make no exceptions for any municipality. I see you live in Novi Sad, don't take is personally, but Novi Sad is no exception. I hope you understand. :) --GOD OF JUSTICE 21:25, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
--GOD OF JUSTICE 21:33, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- First of all, calm down. My sources are reliable: http://www.srbija.sr.gov.yu/uploads/dokumenti/teritorijalna_podela.pdf and the map is not false, it is perfectly good. Now, you removed my template even in places where there was only PANONIAN's map, which is identical to mine, but mine is interactive - this is vandalism. Please stop it. --GOD OF JUSTICE 21:36, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Also, I see you did some major work on Infobox Serbian City, and I hope you agree with me that there should be one type of template for these interactive maps - this is why I don't want any changes in any maps, I want them all to be in the same style. And I repeat, YOUR MAP IS EXCELLENT, and I have left it in major articles, but the smaller articles do not need that, and if you still want it there, I agree on adding it to the gallery, but stop removing my map. --GOD OF JUSTICE 21:40, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Is everything OK now? --GOD OF JUSTICE 21:42, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- I know your map is more precise, thats not the point! We have to keep it simple. But OK, give me 5 minutes, and I'll see what I can do, OK? Just don't go off reverting while I'm gone, OK? :) --GOD OF JUSTICE 21:45, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Thats what I just did, I added all the stuff that your map has, but in colors similar to my map. Now, we just need to adjust the village and city names :) --GOD OF JUSTICE 21:55, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Are we OK now? Maybe you could adjust the city and village names a bit, if you feel like helping out. I think this is a reasonable compromise, don't you? :) --GOD OF JUSTICE 22:07, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Your map will NOT be used, because it is DIFFERENT in style from the other maps. It looks better if all of the maps are similar, so that users can find what they want more simply (hence the "lets keep things simple"). So, I hope you can see the border now, and I'll make the gaps between Futog-Veternik-Novi Sad-Petrovaradin-Sremska Kamenica smaller, like on your map. A coat of arms of the largest city is used in every template. --GOD OF JUSTICE 22:27, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- You know, for a guy with a lot of knowledge on the issue, you're a really lazy guy, can't you make edits yourself, or is it too much work? I will not change the coat of arms and flag, it has been agreed upon, and it will stay - for all the municipalities in Serbia. The coat of arms represent the main city, the flag the country the municipality is in - no autonomy is suggested. I will not add "City of..." because then I'd have to add that to every single city, and it is pointless because when you click on Novi Sad, you'll see it's a city. Keeping it simple.. :) --GOD OF JUSTICE 22:49, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- I trust that everything is OK now? --GOD OF JUSTICE 23:57, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Are we OK now? Maybe you could adjust the city and village names a bit, if you feel like helping out. I think this is a reasonable compromise, don't you? :) --GOD OF JUSTICE 22:07, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Thats what I just did, I added all the stuff that your map has, but in colors similar to my map. Now, we just need to adjust the village and city names :) --GOD OF JUSTICE 21:55, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Is everything OK now? --GOD OF JUSTICE 21:42, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

Why are you asexual?
[edit]I mene i mog momka pojede znatizhelja. Something very odd must have happened to you :) (Actually, I just wanted to say zdravo, but this turned out to be a crappy comment, I know. Will be back to doing Bosnian election articles and keeping my mouth shut!) :D FreshBreeze 10:28, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
- I didn't say that there's anything wrong with being asexual. (Again, it was a very bad way to start up a discussion, but anyway...) It's just that I find having intercourse very appealing - and couldn't possibly imagine living a day of my life without it. But I'll leave that to some private discussions ;) Ja sam iz Engleske, ali sam dosta dugo (u nekom proslom i tuznijem zivotu) zivio u BiH, tako da se snalazim u razlicitim kodovima srednjejuznoslavenskog dijalektnog kontinuuma. Me and my Serbian :(
[edit]You may be learning English, but I'm trying to retain Serbian, which is harder than it sounds when you don't even speak it at home anymore :( it's quite sad really... I went to Novi Sad for the 1st time in 11 yrs this summer, and was embarassed to speak Serbian... I'll say 'pecina' instead of 'pec', and screw up the padeze, and stupid little stuff like that... I'm fluent, but every once in a while, I'll make one of those really embarassing mistakes that makes me want to hide under a rock. English is a much simpler language (only the pronounciation can be hard at times) and makes you forget just how complicated Serbian can be. Stop The Lies 10:02, 20 December 2006 (UTC)Stop_The_Lies
- I was actually born in Vrbas, but immediately moved to Novi Sad, where I grew up until 1995 and then moved to Vancouver, Canada. Vancouver is an awesome city, and you will be seeing a lot of it in 2010: 2010 Winter Olympics :) I cannot possibly contribute to any Serbian articles because not only is my Serbian bad, but everything that I can possibly know about Serbia or Serbian culture/people has been said hehe.. oh well... I'll never forget the language, but it would take a few months of living in Serbia to get me back to how I was when I was younger. Stop The Lies 10:09, 22 December 2006 (UTC)Stop_The_Lies
Suburbs of Novi Sad
PANONIAN (talk) 04:25, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

Age category
[edit]Hello! If you are receiving this message, that means that your user page is in a specific year category. Per a recent user-category per deletion, all specific year categories are to be deleted. If you wish to continue using year categories, you have two options:
- Using an age group category, such as Category:Wikipedians in their 30s
- Using a decade category, such as Category:Wikipedians born in the 1970s.
If you wish, you may do both. Hopefully, this change in categorization will be quick and painless. Happy editing! --An automated message from MessedRobot 13:10, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
Tabela

PANONIAN 09:59, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
PANONIAN 08:32, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
- Public Utility "Urbanizam" Novi Sad (2006-10-25). "Generalni plan grada Novog Sada do 2021. godine" (zip) (in Serbian). Official Gazette of city of Novi Sad. p. 999. Retrieved 2007-05-31.

Fair use rationale for Image:Coat of arms of Vukovar-Syrmia.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Coat of arms of Vukovar-Syrmia.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Same-sex marriage in Serbia
[edit]Hi! You've provided a link to the Constitution of Serbia as a source at LGBT rights in Serbia, but I fail to see where the constitution explicitly mentions a ban on same-sex marriage. I've also raised this issue at Talk:LGBT rights in Europe. Article 62 of the Constitution mentions "Marriage shall be entered into based on the free consent of man and woman before the state body." This does not equate to a constitutional ban. Section 32 of the Spanish Constitution, where same-sex marriage is legal, contains a similar provision. Thanks, Ronline ✉ 01:27, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

Image source problem with Image:SouthBacka district.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:SouthBacka district.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 09:42, 7 August 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Liftarn 09:42, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with Image:DaraBubamaraPoster.JPG
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:DaraBubamaraPoster.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Yamla 19:10, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:NIS logo.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:NIS logo.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 05:00, 11 September 2007 (UTC)

The newsletter is back! Many things have gone on during the past few months, but many things have not. While the assessment drive helped revitalize the assessment department of the project, many other departments have received no attention. Most notably: peer review and our "workgroups". A day long IRC meeting has been planned for October 13th, with the major focus being which areas of the project are "dead", what should our goals be as a project, and how to "revive" the dead areas of our project. Contribute to the discussion on the the new channel (see below) We decided to deliver this newsletter to all project members this month but only those with their names down here will get it delivered in the future. This is your newsletter and you can be involved in the creation of the next issue. Any and all contributions are welcome. Simply let yourself be known to any of the undersigned or post news on the next issue's talk page
Lastly, a new WikiProject Biography channel has been set up on the freenode network: Our thanks to Phoenix 15 for setting it up.

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Kula coat.gif)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Kula coat.gif.
Thank you. BetacommandBot 17:58, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:DDOR Novi Sad.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:DDOR Novi Sad.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 05:02, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

List of war crimes
[edit]Hi. As a Serb Wikipedian are you aware that there is absolutely no mention of Ustasha crimes in the List of war crimes?
Something needs to be done. Unfortunately I am not in a position to do so, but I submit it for your consideration. Spread the word. 216.194.20.252 (talk) 22:15, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Novi Sad Fair logo.JPG
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:Novi Sad Fair logo.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 16:23, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
