It is no good saying you have this permission - we cannot accept that. Also, articles must be referenced with reliable independent sources, so even if this Facebook page is accurate (and I have no reason personally to doubt this), we need independent sources to back this up. See WP:RS for what are and aren't considered reliable. I am going to delete the page, but I can restore it if you get the owner of the copyright to license it under Creative Commons. As I've said, at the bottom of Mr Rhodes' Facebook page it says "Facebook © 2011" meaning that Facebook reserve all rights. You would need written permission from Facebook to reproduce any of their content, unless you can argue in a court of law that it's fair use to cut-and-paste their pages into Wikipedia. The fact that you seem to be able to contact Mr Rhodes so easily may suggest that you work closely, or are affiliated, with him. In such a case, writing an article about him would be a conflict of interest and you shouldn't be anywhere near this article. (Even if Mr Rhodes did hold the copyright, and did give permission, then you'd still have the problem of verifying all of the claims made in the article. The problem is that Mr Rhodes' Facebook page is a primary source, i.e. it's written by Mr Rhodes, about Mr Rhodes.
