Thank you for trying to keep Wikipedia free of vandalism. However, one or more edits you labeled as vandalism, such as the edit at Jay Park, are not considered vandalism under Wikipedia policy. Wikipedia has a stricter definition of the word "vandalism" than common usage, and mislabeling edits as vandalism can discourage newer editors. Please read Wikipedia:NOTVAND for more information on what is and is not considered vandalism. Thank you. Specifically this edit is not vandalism. ukexpat (talk) 20:07, 3 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Cha Cha Malone, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

The individual who is the subject of this article may possibly be known in South Korea but that alone does not make one notable or worthy of being listed on the English version of Wikipedia. A simple Google search does not provide much information about why this individual is well known throughout the United States or the rest of the world. The sources provided in this article mostly revert back to this individual's own website and they do not provide informative insight on why this individual is a mainstream music figure outside of South Korea. Wikipedia articles should only be created for persons that have a collective-international presence that are immediately and objectively known in the general minds of people throughout society and the rest of the world. Wikipedia is not intended as a self-promoting medium for those who want to have a Wikipedia page for the sake of having one. Note to administrator: please delete this article immediately.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.

Please note that I did not nominate this page for speedy deletion myself, I'm just letting you know about the nomination. RationalBlasphemist (Speak) 04:31, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
