A tag has been placed on Kailash gupta requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ttonyb (talk) 04:36, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

July 2010

[edit]

You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, instead of writing it yourself, as you did at Kailash gupta. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.

Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.

If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. There is no evidence at all that the subject of this article is significant or notable. Please look at the pages with links above on notability and reliable sources, if you have not yet done so. JamesBWatson (talk) 07:31, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Kailash gupta requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

A tag has been placed on Kailash gupta requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

This is the final warning you will receive regarding aiyour disruptive edits.
The next time you create an inappropriate page, such as Kailash gupta, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Eeekster (talk) 04:39, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please Stop recreating the same article about yourself

[edit]

I believe that you may be misunderstanding the purpose of Wikipedia. Given that your username and the name of the article you keep creating are the same, I am assuming you are making this article about yourself. Please note that Wikipedia is not a web host or blog (see more about this policy at WP:NOTWEBHOST). It is not a place for you to upload personal information about yourself. Wikipedia requires that, in order to have an article listed about them, a person must meet the criteria in the notability guidelines. Please take a look at this information. If you believe that Kailash Gupta some how meets these qualifications, please post here and explain (I'll watch your page for any changes you make). however, as User:Eeekster pointed out above, you cannot continue to add the same unsourced information to Wikipedia; doing so is considered disruptive to the project and will result in you being blocked from editing. I am happy to answer any questions you have; you can post them either here or on my talk page. Qwyrxian (talk) 04:43, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File:Deloncm.jpg listed for deletion

[edit]

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Deloncm.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. I don't think you're understanding the purpose of Wikipedia

[edit]

Hi again. I don't think you understand what we do here. Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia. That means that our purpose is to collect reliable information about notable topics. It is not a webhost or social networking site. So far, every edit you have made is to promote information about yourself, either on your user page or in articles. Your user page is a borderline violation of our User page guidelines, because it's all information about your life outside of Wikipedia. So far, you haven't made any constructive edits to the project. If you want, please consider helping us improve the encyclopedia by adding reliable, notable information to articles. If you are not interested in doing so, then I believe you may want to look for another site that will better meet your needs. In the mean time, please trim down your user page--you can't use it to post your Resume/CV. If you can't or don't trim the page, then I will request that it be deleted per policy. If you have any questions, please post them here or on my talk page at any time. Thank you. Qwyrxian (talk) 06:04, 19 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

And now that I look up, I realize I already explained most of this back in July, with no response from you and further disruption. If you continue to make forum-style, personally promoting edits to Wikipedia, you can be blocked. Qwyrxian (talk) 06:06, 19 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Khiddirpur, you may be blocked from editing. You have been warned (here and when you edit by IP) repeatedly that you cannot add personal information to articles. Please stop or you will be blocked. Qwyrxian (talk) 11:51, 19 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

stop This is your final warning. You may not add your email address, contact information, or anything else to article as you did at Khiddirpur. If you do so again, you may be blocked from editing. Qwyrxian (talk) 06:29, 26 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have again added your contact information to Khiddirpur. I will now request your account be temporarily blocked for vandalism at WP:AIV. Qwyrxian (talk) 11:19, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Chaure Bazar, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Khiddirpur. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 10:46, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your contributed article, Chaure Bazar

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I notice that you recently created a new page, Chaure Bazar. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page - Khiddirpur. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will to continue helping improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Khiddirpur - you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Amog | Talkcontribs 13:32, 8 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on NETWORKTEN, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article that does not provide sufficient context to identify its subject. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for only ever using Wikipedia to promote yourself. Every time you come back, all you do is add your name to that article. I don't know why you don't understand that this isn't acceptable. These are encyclopedia articles, not places to promote yourself; you also cannot claim authorship beyond the article's history. I'm sorry, but you just don't seem to understand what Wikipedia is for, so I have blocked you indefinitely so that we don't ahve to keep reverting you every few months, as you did at Khiddirpur. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
