Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy or request a change of username.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text

{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names.

 Thank you.

Requested username:

Request reason:

Earlier name was having words "contributor" and "panel", which were probably misleading. This new name should be acceptable, but if anyone finds it inappropriate, then please let me know. Wiki Contributor Panel (talk) 04:47, 19 December 2018 (UTC)

Decline reason:

Merely abbreviating "contributor panel" is not acceptable. Please choose a name that complies with the username policy and indicates that an individual is using this account(it need not be your real name). I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 09:46, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure if you are aware that the word "panel" refers to a group of people, so any variation of "contributor panel" will be unacceptable. 331dot (talk) 09:48, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks 331dot (talk), I thought that CP isn't any standard abbreviation, so I tried to have it. Now, I have removed "CP" and wondering if "Wiki Knight" can be assigned as new name.

I'm afraid that choice is too similar to existing usernames to allow me to change it(I tried). Please choose again, you may edit your existing request to do so. You may use Special:CentralAuth to see if your potential choice is available. 331dot (talk) 11:14, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks again 331dot (talk), What is your opinion for the name "Knight 0001" ?

This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

As per suggestion, I have removed "contributor panel" & it's abbreviation "CP". This new name should be acceptable, but if anyone finds it inappropriate, then please let me know. Wiki Contributor Panel (talk) 11:21, 20 December 2018 (UTC)

Renamed and unblocked, welcome back. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 11:26, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Boing! said Zebedee (talk), I got scared when I logged out automatically from my previous name :). I want to ask, do we need to keep all the above text about my block on this talk page or should it be removed ? Knight 0001 (talk) 11:32, 20 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Editing for pay[edit]

Hello, are you being compensated for your edits? It seems that you received instructions for one of your edits, If that is the case you must disclose it to avoid administrative action. --Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 11:10, 7 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I am not compensated for my edits --Knight 0001 (talk) 13:50, 7 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Paritosh.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
