Speedy deletion nomination of Beth Atkins Mitchell

[edit]

Hello Ladyintrees,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Beth Atkins Mitchell for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Rberchie (talk) 15:07, 14 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Moved to draft page

[edit]

We do not want readers of the encyclopedia to come upon blank or "watch-this-space" pages, so they may be speedily deleted. We now have a "Draft" namespace, so I have moved the page Draft:Beth Atkins Mitchell where you can work on it. Check out WP:Your first article and WP:Notability (people) for advice. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 15:17, 14 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Beth Atkins Mitchell requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Beth Atkins Mitchell, a page you created, has not been edited in 6 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:31, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Beth Atkins Mitchell

[edit]

Hello, Ladyintrees. It has been over six months since you last edited your Articles for Creation draft article submission, "Beth Atkins Mitchell".

In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Cahk (talk) 02:08, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Sundayclose. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Jackie (2016 film), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Bill Macy, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Producers (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:03, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sources in biography articles

[edit]

Information icon Please note that I have reverted your edits to Cara Buono as you added information to the infobox that is not supported by reliably sourced content. Reliable sources include independent sources with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy (tertiary websites such as movie and celebrity databases do not meet the criteria). For the specific guidelines and instructions related to biography infoboxes, please see Template:Infobox person and for the policy covering the inclusion of birth dates, see WP:DOB.
