DYK nomination for Marcus Chamat

I have noted some questions for you at Template:Did you know nominations/Marcus Chamat. Please respond there when you are able. Thanks. Flibirigit (talk) 23:34, 31 January 2019 (UTC)

Thank you!

Thank you for approving my article! 😁 Aaron Justin Giebel (talk) 17:04, 1 February 2019 (UTC)

Lee Vilenski, I noticed a couple of things about your DYK review here. First, it's unsigned, and needs to have a sig. Second, it really helps promoters if you put the icon first, as the instructions say: it's much easier to see icons when they're on the left. Finally, even though this is a new GA, a full DYK review should be done (and the criteria checked mentioned) because GA reviewers have missed things in the past, and articles have required additional work. In particular, checking for copyvio/close paraphrasing is a must, as is one for neutrality. Please return to this when you get the chance to finish it up. Many thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 15:26, 7 February 2019 (UTC)

BlueMoonset - Apologies. I had checked for those things, but as I didn't see that they were true, I didn't feel the need to add them to the review. I will edit. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 16:06, 7 February 2019 (UTC)

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2014 Mosconi Cup, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mark Wilson (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).

Your GA nomination of 2018 UK Championship

The article 2018 UK Championship you nominated as a good article has passed ; see Talk:2018 UK Championship for comments about the article. Well done! If the article has not already been on the main page as an "In the news" or "Did you know" item, you can nominate it to appear in Did you know. DYK for Marcus Chamat

On 9 February 2019, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Marcus Chamat, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Swedish pool player Marcus Chamat has represented Europe at the Mosconi Cup on 10 occasions? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Marcus Chamat. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Marcus Chamat), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

2019 Masters (snooker)

Hello:

The copy edit you requested from the Guild of Copy Editors of the article 2018 Masters (snooker) has been completed.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Best of luck with the GAN.

Twofingered Typist - I'm prtty sure the GOCE was done on 2018 Masters (snooker), which is fine, as I asked for both to be done. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 14:44, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
@Lee Vilenski: Sorry - my mistake!! 2018 was done - not sure how this happened!! I will work on 2019 now. Twofingered Typist (talk) 14:50, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
twofingered Typist - probably my fault, since I asked for two similar articles. Thanks for doing both of these, you do such a good job at the things I'm terrible at. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 16:23, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
@Lee Vilenski: No, it's not your fault. When an editor takes up a GOCE request they add a "working" tag to the request so other editors know the article is being edited. I did that and having saved it I'm sure I promptly clicked on the other article. In any event, they are now both completed. Appreciate your thanks.
