The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. This article needs to be rewritten from scratch from reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. It is not an outlet for promotion, advocacy, or advertising.

Pages can sometimes avoid these pitfalls and still be seen as an ad copy or unambiguously promotional, particularly if the editor appears to be a paid editor or has some other conflict of interest. Common mistakes or beliefs about promotional editing center on the assumption that promotional editing only applies to promotion for commercial gain. Hi Deepfriedokra, Thank you for the feedback. I am re-doing the page and removing the references to the eSecureDocs website. I am the founder of eSecureDocs and made a reference on my username that I am the founder. I received feedback from another user that I needed to disclose my connection to eSecureDocs and he recommended I do that. Hopefully with the change of removing the link to the eSecureDocs website the article will meet the Wikipedia standards.

Hi Kyle, I appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to look at my article. This is my third article I submitted and I made the changes suggested by the other users. Are you able to provide any suggestions in order to get my article published? I have inserted a reference that I am one of the founders of eSecureDocs and made a reference to the SMU Incubator which we are a part of. Is there anything else I can change in order to get this article published? Should I remove the information describing eSecureDocs Product? I based our article off of PandaDoc. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Bob, I have been trying to post an article describing my company eSecureDocs. This is to be an informational article describing the organization similar to DocuSign or Pandadoc. I have posted 3 articles and incorporated the advice of the users which deleted the previous articles. I am looking for feedback on how to post an article and humbly ask for your feedback on what I can do to fix my article to meet your standards.
